(y-y1) = m( x-x1)

y+5=2/3(x-6)
y +5 = 2/3. x - 4
y = 2/3 x - 9

Set it up in slope-point intercept form.

y + 5 = 2/3(x - 6)

1. Distribute the 2/3.

y + 5 = 2/3x - 4
