Number of times greater = [tex]\frac{5.3}{0.53}[/tex]

[tex]=\frac{5.3}{0.53}(\frac{100}{100} )[/tex]

[tex]=\frac{530}{53}[/tex]

= 10

Hence, 5.3 is 10 times greater than 0.53.
